Sun Valley Mustard Salad Dressing

    • 1 Tbs. Sun Valley Mustard
    • 1/4 Cup Vinegar or Lemon Juice
    • 1/4 Cup  Olive Oil
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Mix together and refrigerate – keeps a few weeks.

    Optional additions

    • 1-2 Cloves Garlic – chopped
    • 1/2 tsp. Paprica
    • 1 Tbs. Honey
