Mustard Glaze or Barbecue Sauce

    • 1/2 Cup Sun Valley Spicy Sweet Mustard
    • 1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
    • 1/3 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
    • 1/2 Cup Honey
    • 1 Tbs. Oriental Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tbs. Oil
    • Wisk together, simmer and stir for five minutes, cool and refrigerate until ready to use (keeps 3 weeks). Great on ribs, lamb, and chicken.
