Sun Valley Dill Mustard Egg Salad Sandwiches

Always start with fresh ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
Boiled Eggs
Mayonaise
Sun Valley Dill Mustard
Salt Pepper
Baguette
Butter Lettuce
Sweet Pickles
Paprika

A delicious snack or a healthy meal.
DIRECTIONS
Dice boiled eggs and place in a bowl. Chop pickles, add to eggs. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise, and a generous spoonful of Sun Valley Mustard. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture onto bread slices and butter lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with Paprika and serve.
