Ingredients Salad:
- Fresh Romaine Lettuce

- Shredded Ham or Turkey
Ingredients Dressing:
Whisk the following ingredients together. If you prefer your dressing thinner, add more oil. Thicker, add more mustard.
- A big scoop of Sun Valley Chardonnay Mustard
- 1/2 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. Balsamic Vinegar or Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
