Our Story

Lois Allison founded Sun Valley Mustard in 1984 to bring her special recipe to the people. To this day, we continue to craft and spread her heirloom recipe. We are a locally owned and operated company, and our mustards are crafted in small batches using all-natural, nutrient-rich ingredients. We never use artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Using a proprietary cooking process, we blend unique flavors and produce the superb texture that makes Sun Valley Mustard the most versatile product for sandwiches, sauces, dips, marinades and dressings. Our mustards are highly adaptable cooking aids utilized by chefs in casual and upscale restaurants alike.
