Apple Gouda Sausage Sandwich

Sun Valley Mustard makes gourmet meals easy. This grilled sausage sandwich is one of our family favorites. 

The Fixings

• Sun Valley’s award-winning Amber Ale Mustard
• Apple gouda chicken sausages (we love Niman Ranch!)
• Sauerkraut (Bubbies is crunchy and flavorful)
• Pretzel buns (We like ours with sea salt)

The Cooking

Grill the sausages over medium high heat, slice them lengthwise. Grill the pretzel buns until golden brown (a little butter or oil will do the trick). Lay each sausage on a bun and pile on the sauerkraut. Add a healthy dollop or two of Sun Valley Mustard.

Serve with pickles!
