Our Story

Lois Allison founded Sun Valley Mustard in 1984 to bring her special recipe to the people. To this day, we continue to craft and spread her mustard. We are a locally owned and operated company, and our mustards are crafted in small batches using all-natural, nutrient-rich ingredients. We never use artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Using a proprietary cooking process, we blend unique flavors and produce the superb texture that makes Sun Valley Mustard the most versatile product for sandwiches, sauces, dips, marinades and dressings.

And yes, those are in fact mustard stains on that old archival photo of Lois from circa ~1984.
