Lois Allison started Sun Valley Mustard in 1984 in Sun Valley, Idaho to spread her family mustard recipe. The "Mustard Lady" was a popular figure in this mountain town, and her mustard became a local staple. Today we proudly continue her legacy with a commitment to bringing tasty, high quality mustards (and mustard flavored snacks!) to the world. 

In 2024 we brought back Lois' original Sun Valley Mustard logo with everything that it represents - pioneering spirit, small town roots, and a taste for adventure.
